Pennagan Place by Eleanor Chase

Book is in very good condition with some wear to the gilt on the front board and spine, head and foot of spine show wear, corners are slightly bumped, pages are clean and free of writing with the exception of the PO name on the FFEP, binding is solid and tight, and the hinges are not crack.
