Your Everyday Speech William Brigance

1937 stated 2nd Printing from Whittlessey House with an acceptable dust jacket (see picture).  Dr. Brigance wrote this book, not for the ability to speak in public, but for the ability to speak correctly everyday in everydday settings.  The premise was to build confidence in your speaking abilities in public, you should really be speaking correctly privately.  A very logical process.

Dr. William Norwood Brigance was the Professor of Speech at both Wabash College and the University of Hawaii.

The book is has a solid tight binding, clean pages free of writing, very minimal edge wear, and semi-bright gilt on the spine.
