The Arabian Nights Entertainments by Andrew Lang

This is a 1st edition from Dover Publications printed in 1969.  The cover price is $2.00.  I wrote to Dover to enquire how they indicate subsequent printings from the first and they replied that they do not.  After explianing the illustration on the cover and the price, they informed me that this copy is a first printing.  the cover design is by Edmond Gillon, Jr and the book is filled with 67 illustrations by H.J. Ford.

This is an unabridged and unaltered republication of the work originally published by Longmans, Green and Co. London, in 1898

The book is in VERY GOOD condition with solid binding (Dover quality is known to hold up), clean pages free of writing, very little edge wear, there is a 2" wrinkle on the front cover, spine has a crease.
